In the Swiss Alps, Henri-Daniel and Aimée, producers of Etivaz, perpetuate a know-how and a tradition of cow's cheese making dating back to the 17th century. Their life is devoted to their work and to their family, which lives five months a year around the chalet at an altitude of 1700m.
